Booking and Cancellation Policy
We guarantee the best price anywhere online, with no administration fees when booking through our website.
Reserve your property with a deposit of 30% of the total accommodation price. The remaining balance plus any cleaning fees must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival. All deposits are non-refundable.
Full payment must be made if booking within 30 days of arrival.
Penalty fee of 100% of the total amount paid will apply if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior arrival date or in the event of a no show.
Subject to availability and prior arrangement, payment can be accepted by cash upon check in.
On arrival
Your apartment will be ready to welcome you from 15.00. We provide a meet and greet service where you will be met at your property by one of our team who will answer any questions you have.
Your property will be professionally cleaned with fresh linen and towels for each guest.
A copy passport or ID will be requested for all adult guests upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required to cover any potential damages or loss of keys during your stay.
Any security deposit will be refunded after departure date and upon inspection the property.
Please provide us with your flight number or estimated arrival time. A late check in can usually be arranged without extra charge, but is subject to request.
