Most of our clients want to spend some time enjoying their property with friends or family, you can reserve your holiday time and your property will be fully cleaned and ready for your arrival leaving you free to enjoy every minute of your stay.

Finding a Property for Investment

Key Holding & Property Management
If you plan to use your property exclusively for your family and friends, or do not regularly visit your property we offer a key holding and property management service for your peace of mind and convenience.
Key holding service – We will keep a set of keys be collected by guests on your instructions or to use in the case of emergencies.
Monthly Inspection Visit – To check your property is in good order we will make an inspection visit every month or as often as agreed and send a monthly report, complete with a photographic record of its condition. We will highlight any issues and can suggest tradesmen to fix or solve any issues that need attention.
Mail Forwarding – We will check your post box and pick up any mail from your property. This can either be held at our office or forwarded to any address or email as per your instructions.
Prices for this service start at €650 per annum.
